Return or exchange period
Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of the order receipt date.
Returns will not be accepted after this period except in cases of manufacturing defects or flaws.
Errors and mistakes
In the event of a defect or mistake, the return or repair will be handled by an authorized agent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after a repair request.
Guarantees and warranties are only available through the authorized agent.
Sixth: Cases not covered by returns or refunds

Seventh: Customer-Initiated Returns

5% Tabby or Tamara commission.
3% electronic payment commission.
Eighth: Resin Resistance to Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
If the product received is damaged or does not match the selection made on the website:
The product must be returned in its original condition and via the same carrier within 3 days of receipt.
Upon receiving and inspecting the product, if a defect or damage is found, the full payment will be immediately destroyed, including:
The product"s value.
Shipping and handling fees.
